About Priyam

Hi, I’m Priyam C Mukherjee — currently working as a Principal Product Manager at Ebbo, where I lead data and analytics strategy for enterprise loyalty programs across both premium and traditional (free) tiers. My focus is on building scalable, insight-driven solutions that bridge customer value and business impact. 

Since 2010, I’ve built a versatile product career across enterprise-scale tech companies, growth-stage startups, and mission-driven organizations. I have worked in enterprise-scale, hyper-growth technology companies including: NHL – Buffalo Sabres (Rochester, NY), Nokia (Austin, TX), Tyler Technologies (Plano, TX) & Brierley+Partners (Frisco, TX); startups such as: Incenergy (Austin, TX) & ResMan (Plano, TX); non-profit organization such as Kids Included Together (San Diego, CA).

I specialize in product strategy, data architecture, pricing, and analytics, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that scale — whether it’s launching AI-powered insights, driving Snowflake migrations, or supporting multi-million-dollar client implementations through RFP and data strategy leadership.

Education

I hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where I focused on Web Development, Business Analytics, and HCI/UX. I also have a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
